  ***scammer alert*** This is one of the worst experiences I have had with a well established company. I rented a man lift from them. There was no contact, nothing formal. I hesitated at the way the wanted to do everything in such an unprofessional way but I rented this machine. After having it the one day I originally planned I called Doug and told him I did not want the machine for another day but would like it for a few hours. I did not hear from them all the next day or until late the following day. I went in to see about the bill and was told I was going to be billed for three days. I explained to Doug jr that I did not feel this was correct as I expected them to collect the machine in the afternoon of the second day. He said come back on Monday to sort it out with old Doug. Then as soon as I left he billed my credit card for 1667$. He got this number by adding charges that were never disclosured. It took six visits and a dozen phone calls to finally get to talk to old Doug. He told me that if I wanted to rent something else he would give me a deal on that to make it right. I am sure he knew that I would not rent from them again that or he knew this was a meaningless gesture as he would just try to rip me off next deal too. I thought about letting the credit card company remove the charge as it was originally flagged as fraudulent due to processing it without me there or my premission. I am posting this as a general out line of the business. Doug jr has to run everything through his father and was unable to answer even the simplest of questions. If you buy a car from these people do your homework and check the contract carefully. They do not have your best interest in mind.

  Purchased a car from here with the best warranty available. Nothing that went wrong with the vehicle was under warranty. Came across a problem with the ignition module and dealer would not replace even though it was a part under warranty (only one under warranty). Ended up having to replace the module after the warranty was over. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, you get treated like gold before you buy. Afterwards you get treated like your a bother just to get service!
