Katie the massage therapist was great she asked what areas to focus on instead of just doing her own thing and gave me an amazing massage! The facility was super clean and everyone who works there is super friendly! Highly recommend going there!

The staff are personable and professional; while providing a high standard of patient care. I've been fortunate that PT Health are very obliging with their scheduling. Thank you for making my road to recovery such a great experience...Scott Beed

I would like to start with I have no choice to give this place one star there is no option for no stars , but if there was anything decent it would be the massage therapist that work there..I stopped going to this place 7 months ago , so my journey at pt health started Nov 2015 when I my hand was badly crushed at work .For the first month and a bit they had a physiotherapist there and she was actually pretty good or at least i thought because i have never been to one of these facilities , well i should say at least she actually worked with me and seemed like she cared. Then when she left it went way down hill they only had a physio assistant working there and she was more concerned about talking about her life and so on dont want to go into detail .They did nothing for my hand at all it was terrible and then they decided to try a fit for work program with me when i could barely move my hand at all , this is so unexceptable , the reason they did this i assume is because wcb was prob like what are u doing with him so they had to come up with something . It was so painful 5 days a week doing things that were impossible for me to do actually they were more concerned abouyt my posture than my injured hand , what a joke this place is.They do not listen to you at all they dont care how u feel and the guy who runs it is never there and when he is he picks and chooses who hes gonna see well put it this way i talked to him twice in the 5 months i was there..They even sent me to my work with an ot because they wanted me to go back to my job and we walked in and it was what i told her so we basically walked out again its like because they dont know what there doing u should go back to work. So at the 5 month point i seen i hand specialist in moncton n.b , and after seeing him i was told to go immediately to pt health and tell them im not going there anymore because of the damage they were causing me,i told the receptionist and she went to get the assistant cause once again no physio there , i heard her tell the assistant what i told her she was like yeah whatever thats fine.so rude..The hand specialist in moncton nb couldnt believe the care i was receiving .I believe these places should be looked into cause there just taking ppls money , i dont think in my 5 months i seen anyone get fixed thats sad. I blame this place for how my hand turned out cause they could have did something to get me in somewheres else if they dont know what there doing..So theres much more but to sum up this was the worse experinece of my life i would be aware of the treatment you are receieving..

I found all the staff from the front desk onward to be very friendly and helpful. Marise did a great job of determining the cause of my discomfort and getting me more comfortably mobile before I headed off to Toronto on vacation. The massage therapy provided by Janet was also extremely helpful. Still doing my exercises at home and doing well. Many thanks!

After getting knee surgery done for a torn meniscus, I went to pt health to receive physiotherapy. I was greeted to a super friendly and knowledgeable environment and the secretaries are very pleasant and helpful. The staff is super friendly, especially Marise and Megan who guided me through my recovery process and helped me in anyway they could. I'm excited to continue my physiotherapy with pt health and gain full recovery. Thanks Pt Health Amherst for the great service!
